Refund Policy

Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: 09/08/2025

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from See That Girl Boutique. This Refund & Returns Policy sets out your rights and our procedures in line with UK consumer law.

1. Your Legal Rights (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

  • You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

  • You do not need to give a reason for cancellation, but you must notify us in writing (by email) within this period.

  • Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

2. Condition of Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in an unsuitable condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or the wrong item, you must notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving your order at info@seethatgirlboutique.co.uk.  

  • Please include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the damage/fault

    • Clear photographs of the issue and packaging

  • This time frame ensures we can confirm the item has not been worn or damaged after delivery. Also allowing us to asses the situation, and correct it as quickly as possible. 

  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, We will only cover the return postage if the item, is the incorrect item, or the item was supplied with a fault directly from us, and you contacted within the allocated time frame, with evidence and we have approved the return. 

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at info@seethatgirlboutique.co.uk to request a return, including your order number, and any photo evidence of the issue.

  2. We will provide you with the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and post it back using a tracked service (recommended).

  4. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

  5. We do not cover the cost of return postage, unless it meets the criteria listed in the section above.

  6. Once we are stratified the returned item, or Items, have met the requirements for a refund, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item and confirming it meets our return conditions.

  • Original delivery costs are refunded only if the item is faulty or cancelled under your 14-day cooling-off period.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on online purchases . If you would like a different size or style, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Orders that have been made using the local collection method, could possible do a straight exchange for a different size, depending on available  stock. And the item meets our standards (i.e. unworn, tags intact etc..) 

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings, underwear, swimwear (unless faulty)

  • Sale items
