We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt under UK consumer law (excluding certain items such as earrings for hygiene reasons).

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with tags attached.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
