This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders from See That Girl Boutique.
1. Delivery Area
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you would like delivery outside the UK please contact us before making a purchase, and we can give you a price and timescale dependant on location.
2. Delivery Methods
Orders are sent via Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri. The courier used will depend on your location, the size/weight of your order, and service availability.
3. Shipping Cost

Standard UK delivery is £4.99 per order.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and are non-refundable (unless your order is cancelled under your 14-day cooling-off period or is faulty).
4. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following working day.

6. Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available) so you can follow your delivery.
7. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be charged for redelivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@seethatgirlboutique.co.uk with your order number and photos of the packaging/item(s).
